2. Description of Service

RobotSitter is a third-party monitoring service for Litter Robot automatic cat litter boxes. Our service:

• Monitors your Litter Robot for error states
• Automatically attempts to restart your robot when errors are detected
• Provides notifications about your robot's status

Important: RobotSitter is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Whisker or Litter-Robot in any way.

3. Account Requirements

To use RobotSitter, you must:

• Have a valid Litter Robot account
• Provide accurate account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Be at least 18 years of age

By using RobotSitter, you acknowledge that you are personally using RobotSitter as a tool to access and manage your own Litter-Robot account.

4. Subscription and Billing

• RobotSitter offers monthly and yearly subscription plans
• New users receive a 14-day free trial
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal
• We offer a 30-day money back guarantee — if you're not satisfied within the first 30 days, you can request a full refund
• No refunds will be issued after the first 30 days of your subscription

5. Limitation of Liability

RobotSitter is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted or error-free service
• That all robot errors will be detected or resolved
• Compatibility with future Litter Robot firmware updates

RobotSitter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Share your account with others

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service. You may also terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us.

8. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
